What programming languages should I learn for being a successful web designer?

Author: So I wish to build websites for companies, create online stores, blogs…just about any type of website a regular web designer could create for his customers.
Please tell me what programming languages should I learn for making good looking websites.
How long would it take to achieve this?

You need an eye for design, first of all, and you need to understand the basics of print layout. If you don’t get these fundamentals, programming skills won’t do you any good.
Basic language you have to know is HTML,CSS and Javascript
