What does PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 7C81BD02 mean?

Author: I’m trying to access my school website, but the message PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 7C81BD02 keeps popping up.
I need it to figure out my homework and to upload some work.

It’s a misconfiguration of your school’s server. This usually happens when running PHP on IIS (windows). It is possible that the problem is only temporary, otherwise you need to report it to your school so that they can fix it (and hire a better sysadmin).
