I am planning of building a jobsite and I want to find a CMS which will help me in my work. I know Joomla but I believe there should be something better. I need main functions such as category search, regular update, CV upload, send a message to the company, subscribe for the newsletter etc. Any ideas ?

My server is free hosting server and I have uploaded wordpress in to my server via ftp. But now I cannot run the install.php file. I deleted the index.html file which was already on the server and I run the install.php file but it appears 403 forbidden. So I think I couldnt upload wordpress in to the root directory, please help me to resolve this.

I keep trying to upload "firefox" on my laptop and quit using internet explorer because frankly internet explorer is annoying and frustrating. The problem with this is that everytime I click "upload" on the firefox website Internet Explorer automatically closes the program down…what can I change to make it stop doing this and allow me to upload firefox?

A lot of my friends want in on the demonoid action. How do I earn invitation codes to give to my friends? Do I have to upload, or can I just seed my way to a code?

I converted an video to an flv format, but i want to trim it. Is there an open source program that can do the job? or how can i do this. I want to upload this video to my website.

I will be switching computers soon but I have a TON of bookmarks on Mozilla Firefox. Is there any way that I can upload my bookmarks online or something so i can easily get to them when i switch computers?

The problem is that I couldn’t fully upload XP because I lost the product key and I am not going to pay for another copy or a new OS just so I can turn around and remove it with Linux. So if you other tech-heads out there would mind giving a hand to an absent-minded tech-head, I would be graciously thankful.

Hey. I know this is hard to explain.

When I try to upload, say, an attachment to my emails – I go to My Documents, and my files are arranged alphabetically but in reverse. It’s only through Firefox and if I arrange them properly, the next time they are reversed again.

I have no clue how it happened or how to fix it.

Any help would be appreciated.

For the record, I ran a virus scan and didn’t find anything.

I created a script that reduces the size of an image and another to watermark images with PHP. The code runs fine on my testing server, but when I upload it to my web host (UK2) they have a 8MB memory limit. I’m not really sure if I will have to work around this and cut it out of my CMS or whether there is anything that can be done to help?

I’m getting a new computer but don’t want to lose my Firefox bookmarks. Is there an easy way to save a record of all the URLs in my Bookmarks and then quickly upload them to Firefox on my new computer?
