I’m 16 and want to begin making my own layout site online from Myspace, and I can just link it to the site. I heard about a php domain you can get thats free, but I need to know more. So can you give me some clear instruction/tips please? Thanks.

My company switched from an asp site to a php site. We want to build redirects so that we don’t lose all of the good product reviews done by bloggers and other sources. Can someone give me the code so I can create these redirects. We were previously using network solutions. Now we are using joomla.

I need to install an extension for my php site, but since I am using a web hosting service (hostmonster), I do not have access to the directory that contains all the PHP extensions. I DO, however, have access to my php.ini file. How can I install this extension (dbg.so)?

I’ve already made a web site using PHP, but now I would like to make it accessible via https. Once I buy and configure the certificate, does the code itself need any changes? Or is all the encrypting and decrypting done by the web server and web browser automatically?

I loaded a pre-built site into dreamweaver. Half of the pages were built in php format. I built a new page to add to the site with new links and pictures. But when I uploaded the site to the web, neither the pictures nor the links worked. Any ideas what might have caused this? Or something I missed that would prevent a newly added page from working? Settings etc? I’m using Dreamweaver CS4. Thanks in advance.
