I told a friend about an application I saw that did something like this. They want to be able to create forms and store them in a database, almost like a synaptic wiki. The program did some sort of form wizard, and then generated the php.

I am looking for a Adobe program that can make PHP script Forms like address fields email fields and I also want to make a petition online. They have alot of programs but I dont know what is right for me. Thank you.

For reasons that would take too long to explain I can’t use PHP to submit forms.

Is there a Javascript alternative? Like a self-contained submission form that doesn’t call on PHP?
