I own a Macbook, and my original Operating System is Mac OS X Leopard. I recently downloaded Windows Vista, and I need some way to go back to Leopard. How can I do this?
I did add a partition, by the way. Now, what do I do?

Is there a way to keep a program running on computer on OS X Leopard?
I want a simple way or a program to do that, Because I do not feel safe to keep the computer left open while i leave my computer to do work which takes time and when I go away from my computer.

I have a Mac os x with 10.3.9 and a high speed Satellite connection to the internet. My pages take forever to load and I can’t get anywhere.

So, I’m primarily a windows OS user, until i get mac OS X on my PC. Neways, I want to know which version of Linux is good for a beginner? let me know and please if you could include a link where I can download it.
Glenhandy thats nice u wanna help, but u donno what ur yappin about, i’ve seen os x on a pc, it’s just hard to do.

neways, ive tried ubuntu, its whatever dont really like the look, but i think ima install it for a while.

I have the newest model of the Macbook pro and just put in a new 640 gig Seagate hard drive. When I boot up with my Mac disk, I get the apple that pops up, but from there I can not figure out how to install the OS.

Ok, I need to make 2 photos the same size, in PIXLES, not file size. I need them to be the same dimensions. One picture is twice the size of the other picture, but they have about the same shape. I am running OS X 10.5 Leopard. I have Photoshop CS1. How do I do this? I’ve never used photoshop before, so please be as detailed as possible with your explination.

I have mac os x saved on my windows xp computer. The file is 7.5 gigs and it wont save to any flash drive. Every time i try to it says the file is to big and i know that it is not too big.

How do you check whats downloading in the background of a Mac OS X? Something is slowing me down.

I’ve replaced Apple’s Safari’s web-browser with FireFox and I like it better. I also have replaced Apple’s Mac OS X Mail with Thunderbird and it’s a learning curve, but, so far, it seems more reliable.

Are there any other Apps for Mac OS X Leopard that are good open-source programs?

(I prefer apps written in Java).

I would appreciate all ideas.
