I’m designing a tactical turn-based game based in ancient China, and I’m looking for a recording of jinghu and drums that I can use for a 3-minute loop.

Any creative commons or open source style sites will be appreciated. Automatic best answer to the person who can direct me to a page with what I need.

Much appreciated. It seems what I’m actually looking for is "royalty free" music.

People have said that there is no code, but someone I know was able to loop their myspace profile song (single song). I know there is a way to loop the song if you use a song not from myspace. There must be a code to be able to loop the song that you use from myspace music isn’t there?
Based on rulove’s answer – then how come when I went on someone’s profile that I know their song was able to loop?

I started firefox and pacman music started playing and continues as long as firefox is running. It doesn’t happen with internet explorer.

I am looking for a professional quality software mixing studio for music and generating sound effects. It needs to handle physics modeling (particularly for the classical instruments) and have a reasonably large library of samples (Preferably with something with an open or GNU license). I’m trying to decide which distribution of linux to install. I want a version with which i can record music, edit pictures, etc… Or am i completely misunderstanding how the linux distributions work? Each one has different programs already installed and do different things… right?
