I have the newest model of the Macbook pro and just put in a new 640 gig Seagate hard drive. When I boot up with my Mac disk, I get the apple that pops up, but from there I can not figure out how to install the OS.

Ok, I need to make 2 photos the same size, in PIXLES, not file size. I need them to be the same dimensions. One picture is twice the size of the other picture, but they have about the same shape. I am running OS X 10.5 Leopard. I have Photoshop CS1. How do I do this? I’ve never used photoshop before, so please be as detailed as possible with your explination.

I have mac os x saved on my windows xp computer. The file is 7.5 gigs and it wont save to any flash drive. Every time i try to it says the file is to big and i know that it is not too big.

How do you check whats downloading in the background of a Mac OS X? Something is slowing me down.

I’ve replaced Apple’s Safari’s web-browser with FireFox and I like it better. I also have replaced Apple’s Mac OS X Mail with Thunderbird and it’s a learning curve, but, so far, it seems more reliable.

Are there any other Apps for Mac OS X Leopard that are good open-source programs?

(I prefer apps written in Java).

I would appreciate all ideas.

Is there any way to make that happen in windows?

The macbook is password protected. When i try to boot from the cd the laptop doesn’t allow it. When i boot to the system and I click on the Mac OS X cd icon , I choose the install option, click restart and it asks me for a password? How do I go about erasing everything on the disk and insatlling the Leopard OS?

I want to know how you can put mac os x or snow leopard or something like that onto a Dell laptop that’s running on xp. Is there a torrent or something like that?

Is this even possible? If it is not, [whether it is because of my system requirements, etc.] then how can I install any recent MAC OS over the pre existing windows XP?
