Give a easy to follow detailed/descriptive step by step procedure on how to dual boot on a windows computer between vista and linux operating systems. Also if you know how, (and i know it’s possible because i’ve seen youtube videos) tell how you can get OS X on vista and maybe do a triple boot between the three operating systems.

i got a xubuntu cd and i tried the option TRY XUBUNTU without installing then a new choice came in my system to choose xubuntu or windows.its a trouble please help me how to get rid of it or how to install xubuntu
You know i only tried to try it with out installing it DEMO but it gave me a choosing of windows or xubuntu. i want to install xubuntu along windows.please help

I would like one of the free linux operating systems for my old computer but i have a really slow connection so i can’t download it without it taking a few days. Is there anyway i can order it somewhere and it still be free? Thanks.

Linux advocates claimed that Linux would be a major player in the netbook market. Unfortunately, Linux turned out to be a complete flop, like it is in every market. Very few companies sell netbooks with Linux operating systems.

Anyhow, why did Linux end in failure in the netbook market?

I have both linux and windows working perfectly, but i’m not able to use the partition created for linux in windows. Linux has no problems in recognizing windows file systems. So please find me a way.

I have been using Ubuntu GNU/Linux as my only system for years, and I wonder why some people stick to Microsoft or Mac, even though they say GNU/Linux and free software is cool.
