From what I know, there is a game programming career that one of my friends is currently pursuing. He enjoys games and computers, by the way. I acknowledge the fact that there are other computer programming careers out there other than game programming, but I don’t know what they are. I was thinking in getting a game programming career too, but I’m wondering if there’s other options. So, what kinds of computer programming careers are there?

I’ve seen my friends stealing their companies’ source code after they leave. How to prevent that? Any tools in the market to prevent this?
