I bought a new desktop and am using a custom OS on it, now I need to tranfer all my data from my old computer but still keep my new OS. Anyway to make this happen? Is there a link or program?

I created a new user, opened Firefox, and there are only the default bookmarks. There is an "import" function, but it only offers to import Internet Explorer bookmarks. Is there any way to copy/import between users on the same machine?

I was using Thunderbird on the old computer and I want to keep using it on the new computer. I can’t find an export button on the old computer’s Mozilla Thunderbird program. Please help me!
