I am interested in moving into the C programming languages. At first, I tried to learn C# but for a beginner with almost no programming experience, I failed quickly. I need something that is easy to learn and can make things like Cell Phone apps and Flash games.

How does applications like iLocate and other apps like that on the iPhone locate the nearest X near you. (In terms of code)

Now I know how to find a person’s location, but I just don’t know how to do the rest.

I currently have a tiny layout that shrinks my entire page but it also makes my widgets and apps so small that you can barely see them. Is there a way I could exclude them from the code?

I want to start a business programming apps for the ipod and ipod touch.
What do I need to do that.

I am interested in learning how to take code that is in C and C++ and making GUI apps I am doing a self study and have read C for Dummies and C++ in 21 days I probably could do some reviewing.

I primarily code in C in GNU/Linux. Could anyone give me some guidance in what I need to begin to do learn to do GUI APPS.

Linux, or even apps such as open office would cut costs tremendously.

Where can I find open source facebook apps?

I have been wondering what programming language i need to learn in order to make GUI apps. Could use assembly language or do you need something more high-level to do it. Also could that programming language make applications that transparent and have nice colors, or do you need separate software to do it for you?
