You can give a link to your program over the web or advertise that you will send your users CDs of your program.
GIMP is under GPL. So you must make sources accessible as well.
What do you mean by your own installer? What project are you working on and what help are you expecting?
What part are you having trouble with? Rebuilding the installer? The GPL? The medium you use to distribute it (CD, download, etc…)?
first be sure you’re in compliance with the open source redistribution rules.

1. By uploading it to FTp or HTTP server
2. By using P2P networs like Torrents
3. By using programs like Folder Share
4. With the help of Social Networking Sites
5. Distributing their CDS and ……………so on
