		<description>GPG.EXE won&#039;t run because it&#039;s a Windows program. Further, you can&#039;t just drop the file that needs to be executed in the FTP home folder because by default FTP users don&#039;t have the administrative access necessary to install stuff on the server. What you can do is get the program by installing the package through whatever system your distribution uses; yum for Redhat, apt-get for Ubuntu, etc. 

This appears to be the part where you run into trouble:
