How do I switch back to Internet Explorer from Mozilla Firefox?

Author: AHH! I had a perfectly fine version of Internet Explorer and out of the blue, someone changed it somehow to Mozilla Firefox. I tried to just cope with it considering how it wasn’t that big of a deal. But I just don’t like it.
Now I want to switch back to Internet Explorer but I can’t find it anywhere on my computer. What should I do? How am I gonna set it as my default internet browser (not sure if it’s the correct term)? Help!

Just download it from the microsoft website, and set it as your default browser. No problem, you can have both right on your desktop. But Firefox is a better browser.
The two are not mutually exclusive.
Go the Start-Run and type iexplore
I don’t see why you need to switch back to Internet Explorer. Firefox is a much quicker, safer, and more customizable browser that should get the job done.
Any reasons in particular that you want to switch back?
Just Download IE at: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/downloads/ie/getitnow.mspx
You could probably just downloaded it from Microsoft. Just go to their website and search for ‘Internet Explorer 7 download’. Once downloaded, just go to Tools, Options, then Programs…and you’ll see it!
Uninstalling Mozilla Firefox may work. Or you can set Internet Explorer your default browser by Selecting ‘Internet explorer should check to see………’ from IE Menu Tools >> Internet Options >> Programs.
go to start-control panel-add and remove programs,find mozilla firefox icn and click remove.And follow the instructions. Go to my computer-click Drive c (local disk).look for program files and then remove Mozilla Firefox.When you finish go to www.microsoft.com and download the Internet Explorer.
did u ever go to the "start" button, then click on "add or remove programs" then a screen will appear with all ur programs then scroll down until u see "mozilla firefox"….its gotta be there since u have it. hope that helps
I am assuming you are in windows xp. Go to control panel, classic view, internet options choose the program tab and click the button that says make default. Then you need to find your shortcut to iexplore.exe or make a new one. It must be in the programs group somewhere.
