If you are using windows I would suggest C++ or C# Visual Basics. This will let you drag and drop things like buttons, labels, menus etc and automatically write the code for you and all you have to do is learn the code to make them function the way you want them to. As your knowledge increases you can modify the drag and drop components or generate them yourself manually. Microsoft has VB 2008 lite that you can use for free and there is plenty of "how to" info to learn. If you use several different OS like linux, apple and windows, Java is a good language to learn. It also has drag and drop and can be used on any OS.
i think you should first try C then C++ and then C#…

1) Try to learn basic language for syntax like c and c++
2) Then try to implement login on the language you learning
