After browsing a lot by using mozilla firefox, how do I delete all the temp things by using run and others?

Deleting all is easy by using Internet Explorer because I can be able to delete all history and others from the properties and then by clicking delete all. But after using Mozilla Firefox, how do I delete all cookies, files, history and others that I just have browsed? Give me all the possible ways to delete above mentioned such things. Are there any Run commands to make it quicker? Any quickest answer will be highly appreciated. Thanks

    Download Ccleaner from www.filehippo.com
    Install it
Check all the options except the last one "Wipe free space"
Click next tab: Check all the options
    Run the cleaner…
Your unwanted files, cookies and internet wastages are deleted..

Value Added: You can also fix the registry error using Ccleaner

click on start>run>type in %temp% then go to that folder and delete the files, or use CCleaner.
